Kids playing soccer in the Monas area were approaced by our esteemed governor, Bang Foke. He asked, do they have permission to play in this area?
One replied, yes, from my mother.
Bang Foke replied, “That kind of permission is not what I’m talking about. I mean, have you asked for a permit from the management of this area? Because if you want to play here, you must have their permission first.”
